Operations Officer

ROLE OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dynamic operations officer to support our airport operations. Work pattern for this role will be 14:00 - 23:00, Monday to Saturday.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for the full set of inbound and outbound cargo handling procedures and activities.

• Handle daily import and export documentation

• Managing freight booking with airlines

• Liaise with different internal departments for transportation arrangements

• Perform ad hoc duties assigned by management.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• HKCEE or HKDSE education level or above (fresh graduates will also be considered)

• 1-2 years of experience in air freight forwarding or logistics services is preferred

• Well proficiency in Chinese and English

• Good interpersonal and communication skills

• Conversant with computer applications

• Flexibility to work on shift schedules and irregular hours, including Sundays and public holidays (no overnight shift)

• Qualified driver (class 2) is an added advantage

• Working location: Lantau Island, HKIA Super Terminal 1
