We have an exciting opportunity for a Deputy Director of Commercial Financial Planning

Role Overview

Analyze all financial-commercial information to support better decision-making regarding Company revenue growth, client profitability, and expense/capital investment control.

Strategically plan company revenues, controllable expense budgets, and capital investments for the Commercial Vice Presidency, as well as performance measurement.

Advise commercial directors in business decisions based on managed information, aligned to goals, acting as a business partner with different departments of the Commercial VP and other areas.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the Annual Revenue Plan and financial planning (~$10,400M).
  • Drive profitability through business case analysis, pricing strategy, and forecasting.
  • Oversee monthly sales plan tracking, P&L analysis, and executive presentations.
  • Manage expense and CapEx budgets (~$15M / ~$190M).
  • Partner with Commercial VP and other areas to support decision-making and strategic projects.
  • Supervise incentive and compensation plan design in collaboration with HR.
  • Develop and coach team members to achieve goals.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or Economics (Postgraduate preferred).
  • 5+ years experience in Financial Planning Management (P&L, financial modeling, pricing, performance measurement).
  • Strong skills in business acumen, communication, and execution.
  • Advanced English
  • MS Office proficiency.
