Purpose
Reporting to the QTC Manager, in this position you will be responsible for monitoring ATMs on the day-to-day business, assuring coordination between banks and branches, cash load reconciliation, cash loss reporting and branch support to vault cash locations.
Responsibilities
Monitor, track and report on low cash, out of cash and lead-day out of cash events
Monitor for missed loads, create cases and / or escalate to branches for resolution
Review and validate processor claims and ATM shortages
Update logs, spreadsheets, call tickets and workflows in the PAI reports as required
Assist with the bank claims process ensuring claims are organized and updated daily
Work cross-functionally to identify, track and resolve breach locations
Requirements
1+ years of experience in Operations, preferably in a shared service environment
Attention to details
Deep and broad understanding of customer service, customer support and data analysis
Willing to invest time in resolving issues
Able to work under tight deadlines
Working experience with advanced knowledge of MS office tools (MS Outlook and Excel)
Communication skills and cooperative mindset, high level of accountability and accuracy and team player with a good sense for different company/ country cultures
Fluent in English (mandatory)
