National Account Manager Full-Time | Commercial Department | Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week
Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for relationship-building and business growth? NoteMachine is looking for a dynamicNational Account Managerto join our Commercial Department and play a key role in managing and expanding our national client base.
About the Role:
As a National Account Manager, you'll be at the forefront of driving growth and strengthening client partnerships across the UK. You’ll manage key accounts, identify new business opportunities, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Leading and developing relationships with national clients
Acting as the main point of contact, ensuring high satisfaction and client success
Identifying and capitalizing on opportunities to expand services and ATM deployments
Supporting contract negotiations and pricing agreements
Creating and executing strategic account plans to meet revenue goals
Conducting market research to stay ahead of trends and competitors
Monitoring KPIs and providing actionable insights
Preparing performance reports for senior management
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in account management or a similar client-facing role
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Strategic thinking with attention to detail
Ability to work both independently and within a team
Willingness to travel as needed
Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint & Excel)
