Good mechanical aptitude and competency using different tooling, and testing equipment.

Role Objective

The safe and accurate assembly of customer devices according to documented processes and quality standards.

Key Duties

• Follow safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.

• Understanding the assembly process and requirements.

• Gathering all necessary parts and tools needed for the assembly process.

• Assembling parts or components according to specification and following procedures and guidelines.

• Using hand tools and power tools and the ability to fasten or connect parts together.

• Inspecting parts for defects and quality issues during the assembly process.

• Testing assembled parts to ensure that is meeting quality standards.

• Make adjustments or repairs to product if needed.

• Maintaining accurate records of production assembly activities including the time taken to produce parts and meet production goals.

• Removing and disposing of packaging
