Coordinate closely with Operations, Security, and Compliance teams to ensure feasible and secure service delivery. Ensure client requirements are translated into clear operational and SLA standards. Compliance & Risk Management
Ensure all business activities comply with company policies, security standards, and applicable regulations. Identify commercial and operational risks and recommend mitigation strategies. Reporting
Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and management presentations. Provide accurate and timely updates on business performance.
