Business Development Manager Cargo

Business Development & Sales

  • Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities in cargo and valuable goods logistics.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
  • Prepare and present commercial proposals, tenders, and contract negotiations.

Account & Revenue Management

  • Manage key accounts to ensure contract compliance, service quality, and revenue growth.
  • Monitor business performance, pricing, and profitability.
  • Achieve assigned revenue, margin, and growth targets.

Market & Strategy

  • Conduct market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and opportunity mapping.
  • Develop business strategies aligned with company objectives and market trends.
  • Support product and service development for secure logistics solutions.

Operational Coordination

  • Coordinate closely with Operations, Security, and Compliance teams to ensure feasible and secure service delivery.
  • Ensure client requirements are translated into clear operational and SLA standards.

Compliance & Risk Management

  • Ensure all business activities comply with company policies, security standards, and applicable regulations.
  • Identify commercial and operational risks and recommend mitigation strategies.

Reporting

  • Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and management presentations.
  • Provide accurate and timely updates on business performance.
