Business Development
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in High Value / Secure Logistics.
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, banks, financial institutions, and strategic partners.
- Prepare and present commercial proposals, quotations, and tenders.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Coordinate with Operations, Security, Risk, and Compliance teams to ensure service feasibility and implementation.
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and client needs.
- Maintain sales pipeline, forecasts, and regular performance reports.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Logistics, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in Business Development / Sales, preferably in High Value Logistics, secure logistics, or related industries.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Good understanding of security, risk, and compliance in logistics operations.
- Result-oriented and able to work independently.
