Brink's Australia is seeking a proactive Cash Processing Manager to lead our Cash Processing Centre (CPC). If you thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑security environment and can deliver accurate, efficient, and compliant cash operations for major partners including the Reserve Bank of Australia (RBA) and leading financial institutions, we want to hear from you.

The Role

You will lead the day‑to‑day operations of the CPC, ensuring safe, accurate, and compliant cash processing. This includes managing teller workflows, driving operational performance, maintaining audit readiness, and building a strong culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead daily teller operations: inbound/outbound processing, reconciliation, dual‑control

  • Ensure strict compliance with SOPs, RBA requirements, and Brink's security standards

  • Coach, develop, and performance‑manage the Supervisor and Teller team

  • Maintain strong relationships with RBA and financial institution partners

  • Investigate discrepancies, manage risk, and drive corrective actions

  • Oversee WHS, security protocols, incident reporting, and audit readiness

  • Monitor KPIs, analyse operational data, and identify improvement opportunities

What You Bring

  • Experience in cash processing, banking operations, or secure logistics

  • Strong understanding of reconciliation, dual‑control, and regulatory compliance

  • Proven leadership capability with experience coaching and developing teams

  • High attention to detail and strong analytical/reporting skills

  • Ability to manage risk, investigate incidents, and drive operational improvement

  • Proficiency in MS Office and operational systems
