Role Summary
The Driver III performs skilled secure driving and route support work, handling a broader range of route conditions, vehicle issues, and field situations within established practices. Provides informal guidance to others and helps sustain safety, security, and service reliability on route. Typical work includes operating the armored vehicle, supporting pickups and deliveries, completing inspections, coordinating with the crew, and responding to route exceptions.

Key Responsibilities
- Independently manage secure driving duties across varied route and traffic conditions while maintaining compliance with security and safety protocols.
- Support complex pickups, deliveries, or route exceptions while protecting the crew, vehicle, and liability.
- Coordinate effectively with the messenger or crew lead, dispatch, and branch on route changes, incidents, or service issues.
- Assist with loading, unloading, documentation, and optional ATM service support while maintaining procedural accuracy.
- Identify and escalate vehicle, security, or service concerns promptly and help reinforce disciplined route execution.

Required Experience
- 3+ years of secure driving, transportation, or related field operations experience.
- Experience handling route changes, field issues, or secure delivery activity with limited supervision.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record appropriate to the local operating environment.

Education
Secondary school completion or equivalent preferred; local driver qualification requirements apply.
