Financial Business Analyst

We are seeking a Financial Business Analyst to join our team in Athens (Metamorphosi). In this role, you will support management‑level decision‑making by providing accurate and timely information.

As part of the FP&A Department, you will support the analysis of all financial data (actuals, forecasts and budget), product costing, commercial portfolio analysis and operations business‑case scenarios.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly financial reports, variance analyses for management presentations

• Support the budgeting and forecasting processes across multiple business units

• Analyze financial and operational KPIs to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities

• Assist in pricing analysis, cost control initiatives

• Evaluate profitability and investment opportunities

• Participate in business cases, investment evaluations, and ad hoc financial analyses

• Provide timely and accurate insights on product costing, pricing, revenue, and profitability to support management‑level decisions.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field

• 1-3 years of experience in Financial Analysis or Business Analysis

• Strong Excel skills (financial modeling exposure will be considered as a plus)

• Understanding of financial statements, including Balance Sheet, Income Statement, and Cash Flow Statement analysis

• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and KPI reporting

• Ability to interpret large datasets and translate findings into actionable business insights

• Postgraduate studies (MSc/MBA) in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Analytics, or a related discipline will be considered a strong asset

• Excellent command of English language
