IAD Development Manager

We are seeking an accomplished and dynamic IAD Development Manager to join our Global ATM team. In this role, you will play a critical part in growing Brink's Independent ATM Deployer (IAD) business in your country + 1-2 additional European countries. You will partner with local country teams to identify, develop, and implement IAD deployment opportunities, while coordinating with global business development, product, and legal teams.

This position operates in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, requiring strong cross-cultural agility, entrepreneurial drive, and subject matter expertise in retail ATM deployment (network).

Location (s): Bucharest, Romania (hybrid)

Reports to: Director of AMS Business Development; Dotted line: Country MD/GM

Team: Individual contributor role with high collaboration across local and regional stakeholders

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Initiatives

  • Develop and execute business plans and strategies for IAD growth in assigned countries/region.
  • Lead opportunity assessment, business modeling, and commercial proposal definition for new IAD sites.
  • Represent Brink's value proposition to retailers, site owners, and other partners.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Build strong partnerships with country leaders, local management teams, and regional/global AMS teams (Business Development, Product, Legal, and Finance).
  • Coordinate with product and legal teams to adapt and approve IAD solutions for local deployment.
  • Partner with operational teams to implement replenishment, incident handling, reconciliation, and IMAC processes.
  • Engage directly with prospective customers and retail partners to present solutions and close agreements.

Performance Metrics & Accountability

  • Deliver against assigned revenue and deployment goals.
  • Drive profitable IAD site acquisition and expansion.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.

Continuous Improvement & Innovation

  • Customize global IAD solutions to meet local requirements and market conditions.
  • Provide insights into trends, competitor strategies, and evolving payment ecosystems to refine Brink's offering.
  • Continuously improve the sales cycle, ensuring efficiency in complex negotiations.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in the Independent ATM industry.
  • Proven ability to develop and close IAD-type ATM deals (network development).
  • Experience collaborating with sales and non-sales teams to implement new business initiatives.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and written communication skills (English required).
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with perseverance and resilience in competitive environments.
  • CRM experience (e.g., Salesforce.com) preferred.

Additional Requirements:

  • Willingness to travel locally and regionally as required. Driver's licence.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple opportunities and priorities simultaneously.
  • Flexibility to operate across cultural contexts and business environments.
