Brink's Singapore is a wholly owned subsidiary of Brink's, Incorporated. We are currently looking for a dynamic candidate to join us as:

Position Title: IT Specialist

Primary Role

• Support in-house systems and basic database management;

• Assist IT Manager in day-to-day IT operations;

• Provide software and hardware implementation and usage support for IT product and services;

• Provide users/customers training on equipment usage;

• System Process improvement and implementation;

• Support management of IT inventory;

• Evaluate IT products and assist in IT procurement where required;

• Ensure IT Security and audit protocols are always in place;

• Work closely with IT teams worldwide in implementing global and regional initiatives, solving production issues and administrative matters.

Skill and Experience

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in IT or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering / Telecommunication / Electronic or equivalent;

• At least 3 years of work experience;

• Hands-on experience in Microsoft Products is essential;

• Working experience in in-house systems support and basic database management in logistics industry is preferred;

• Experience in system implementation, project management, electronic engineering;

• Proactive team player with problem solving skills;

• Enjoys interaction with end users and is not afraid of challenges;

• Exposure to internal and external IT audit and SOX compliance will be an added advantage.
