· The DMT Agent provides exceptional customer service and support for ATMS, Compusafes, Smart Safes, Recyclers and other devices within the Brink US and or PAI service offering. The DMT Agent operates in a fast-paced environment, proactively monitoring the network of devices and responding to incoming calls, emails and cases. This position provides incident management services with problem assessments, dispatching third party vendors, discussing issues with the site and providing escalations to internal and external business partners to ensure timely and effective resolution.

Bilingual in English +9 - Graduated on Finance, Economics, Engineer, Administration or any Finance field. Preferably 4+ years in Customer Service, Operations or Call Center experience, in a corporate environment is desired, and the English skills is required for the role. He/She will be supporting US Device Monitoring activities and will report to the Manager - David Quintana who oversees these activities.

- Demonstrates the ability to work as part of a team.

- Able to work under time pressure, able to prioritize workload and meet tight deadlines.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.

- Positive and flexible attitude, especially in the month/quarter/year-end closing period

- Customer service experience in multinational organizations is a plus.

- Oracle Financials preferred (Oracle Accounts Receivable, Contracts is a plus)

- Ability to handle a large volume of cases in an organized manner while staying focused on priorities and remaining professional. The ability to multi-task is essential.

- Bilingual (English 90% and above).

- Analytical, detail oriented and organized.

- PC proficiency / MS Skills- Windows, Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, etc. (Minimum of 2 years) is required.

- Experience in using Microsoft Dynamics or similar systems of record.

- Good interpersonal/communication skills

- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills

- Strong problem-solving skills

- Available to work 7 Days a week (Monday thru Sunday) on a flexible/rotate schedule from 5:00 AM to 9:00 PM CST
