 The Project Coordinator is responsible for supporting customers through onboarding and deploying our new product offerings. This position requires a highly motivated and organized individual to work closely with our sales and customer onboarding team for seamless deployment of our traditional retail onboarding and Digital Retail Solutions products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service and have experience handling both project coordination and customer-facing responsibilities.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in customer service role 

  • Minimum of 1 years' experience in project management/coordination role
