Vault Officer
Full-process gold vault clerical work: sort, file, archive and retrieve operation documents (inbound/outbound, inventory records, etc.) Real-time and accurate data entry in WMS for all gold vault transactions (receipt, storage, dispatch, inventory adjustment) Assist in preparing and verifying inventory reports, ensure consistency of system data, paper documents and physical inventory Adapt to fast-paced precious metals vault operations work, follow SOPs, schedules and complete daily tasks on time
