職責範圍（包括但不限於）

• 負責金庫所有文書工作，包括文件分類、整理、歸檔及按需要調閱營運相關文件（例如貴金屬入/出庫、庫存文件等）。

• 即時及準確地於倉庫管理系統輸入資料，覆蓋所有金庫交易（如收貨、存放、提取、庫存調整）。

• 協助準備及核對庫存報告，確保系統數據、紙本文件同實物庫存完全一致。

• 與內部團隊協調溝通（例如車隊營運、客戶服務團隊），提供或解釋文書及數據資訊，支援金庫每日運作。

• 維持文件系統整潔及有序，定期整理相關紀錄；同時確保倉庫管理系統內基本資料保持準確。

技能及經驗要求

• 1-3 年文職、文件處理或資料輸入經驗（有倉庫或金庫營運背景者更佳）。

• 熟悉 Microsoft Office 操作（特別係 Excel 進行數據整理及輸入），並具備倉庫管理系統使用經驗。

• 高度細心，能確保資料輸入及文件處理達到 100% 準確。

• 流利粵語（口語及書寫），並具備基本英語能力以處理電郵。

• 責任感強，能 嚴格跟從標準操作流程（SOP），可獨立完成工作並具團隊合作能力。

• 若具備 基礎貴金屬金庫操作知識 更為理想。

• 按工作需要體力勞動

上班時間

• 逄星期一至六; 09:00am - 7:00pm

工作地點

• 香港葵涌三號貨櫃碼頭亞洲貨櫃物流中心
