Role Overview

As a Business Controller, you will act as the link between Finance, Operations, Sales across Baltics and Corporate. Your main objective will be to ensure that business performance is accurately reflected in our financial information, KPIs, and reporting. You will work closely with different departments to understand what is happening in the business, improve the quality of data, and provide meaningful insights that support decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Consolidate financial, sales and operational information from multiple departments into a consistent business view.

• Ensure that KPIs, management information, and corporate reporting reflect one clear and consistent story.

• Analyse business performance, identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and communicate actionable insights to management.

• Challenge data quality, investigate inconsistencies, and coordinate corrective actions with relevant stakeholders.

• Drive continuous improvements in data collection, reporting processes, and finance-related business processes.

• Collaborate closely with Corporate Finance to ensure timely and high-quality information.

• Support planning, reporting and other finance initiatives as business needs evolve.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 3+ years of experience in Business Controlling, Financial Controlling, FP&A, Business Analysis, or a similar role.

• Strong analytical thinking and the ability to connect financial data with business operations.

• Excellent Excel skills; experience with Power BI or other BI tools would be considered an advantage.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and coordinate cross-functional initiatives.

• A proactive mindset with a continuous improvement approach.

• Professional English, both written and spoken.
