Vault Officer

  • Full-process gold vault clerical work: sort, file, archive and retrieve operation documents (inbound/outbound, inventory records, etc.)
  • Real-time and accurate data entry in WMS for all gold vault transactions (receipt, storage, dispatch, inventory adjustment)
  • Assist in preparing and verifying inventory reports, ensure consistency of system data, paper documents and physical inventory
  • Adapt to fast-paced precious metals vault operations work, follow SOPs, schedules and complete daily tasks on time
