Reconciliation Officer

We have an immediate job opportunity for a Reconciliation Officer at our Toronto, Ontario facility. Reporting directly to the Manager Cash Logistics (Dx) and working in a team of four, the position will support the Cash Logistics operation in ATM reconciliation and will be responsible for collating and distributing subsequent reports to banks and other financial institutions (FIs) within pre-determined time frames. The posting is for an existing vacancy. Salary range: $56,000-$68,000.

Location: 95 Browns Line, Etobicoke, Ontario.

Availability: Must be available 6am to 2pm Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities:

• Direct reporting to banks and FIs in regard to treasury holdings and ATM reconciliation activities
• Provide courteous, pro-active service to the Brink's customer base - banks and FIs
• Liaise with internal stakeholders on service issues, and process improvement opportunities
• Ensure that reports are complete, accurate, and submitted in a timely manner
• Meet or exceed customer service levels for reporting
