Purpose
Reporting to the Site Director, the successful candidate will be responsible for supporting enterprise-wide transformation initiatives and contributing to comprehensive communications strategies that prepare, inform, and engage employees through Brink's operating model, process, and technology changes.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive communication plans to support organizational transformation initiatives.
Lead and support communications activities that clarify the "why," "what," and "how" of enterprise changes, ensuring all messaging reinforces alignment and readiness.
Draft, edit, and deliver clear, consistent, and compelling messaging across multiple channels, including email, intranet, newsletters, videos, presentations, and leader toolkits.
Collaborate with project teams and change managers to integrate communications activities into overall project plans and governance cadences.
Support the development of executive materials, including narratives, presentations, talking points, and Board- or ELT-ready communications.
Monitor and evaluate communication effectiveness, gathering insights and adjusting strategies to maximize engagement.
Ensure all communications and creative assets align with Brink's brand, tone, and transformation objectives.
Ensure communications activities are integrated into the broader transformation roadmap across functions and geographies.
Collaborate with regional and functional leaders to localize messaging, address risks, and ensure stakeholder readiness.
Contribute to change management frameworks, tools, and KPIs that measure readiness, adoption, and sustained outcomes.
Foster a culture of transparency, adaptability, and continuous improvement by supporting capability-building efforts for leaders and managers.
Requirements
Degree in Communications, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
3-7 years of experience in communications, with a proven track record supporting large-scale change initiatives in matrixed or global organizations.
Outstanding writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with the ability to tailor messages for diverse audiences, including executives.
Strong understanding of change management principles and methodologies; Prosci or similar certifications are a plus.
Solid project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple deadlines, stakeholders, and workstreams.
Experience developing executive-level content, including presentations, leadership messaging, and transformation narratives.
Strong business acumen and the ability to connect communication strategies to tangible business outcomes.
Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams and build lasting stakeholder relationships.
Advanced proficiency of English language, at C2 level (mandatory).
Experience leading communication plans for operating model transformations or Global Business Services transitions (desirable).
Expertise in AP writing style and familiarity with Smart Brevity or Axios HQ communication formats (desirable).
Strategic thinking paired with strong problem‑solving abilities.
