Business Development
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities in High Value / Secure Logistics . Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, banks, financial institutions, and strategic partners. Prepare and present commercial proposals, quotations, and tenders . Negotiate pricing, contracts, and service level agreements (SLAs). Coordinate with Operations, Security, Risk, and Compliance teams to ensure service feasibility and implementation. Monitor market trends, competitors, and client needs. Maintain sales pipeline, forecasts, and regular performance reports.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Logistics, or related field. Minimum 3 years' experience in Business Development / Sales, preferably in High Value Logistics, secure logistics, or related industries . Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Good understanding of security, risk, and compliance in logistics operations. Result-oriented and able to work independently.
