Client Success Coordinator - Make an Impact in Service Delivery
Are you a highly organised, customer-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced operational environment? We're looking for a Client Success Coordinator to play a critical role in delivering exceptional service, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving operational excellence. In this role, you'll act as a key liaison between customers, suppliers, and internal teams, using data and insight to continuously improve performance and meet contractual commitments.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate customer orders, service requests, and day-to-day operational activities to ensure seamless service delivery
Act as a primary point of contact for customer queries, building strong, professional relationships with clients, suppliers, and partners
Monitor KPIs and SLAs, proactively identifying risks and driving actions to maintain high performance standards
Produce and analyse operational reports and dashboards to provide insight and support decision-making
Manage escalations, resolve operational issues, and contribute to service reviews and continuous improvement initiatives
Oversee inventory, stock movements, and supplier coordination to support operational efficiency and scalability
Support billing processes, supplier invoicing, and resolution of financial queries
Drive internal projects and ensure delivery commitments are met within strict deadlines and contractual requirements
