We have an exciting opportunity for a Director of Operational Excellence (Lean & Continuous Improvement).

Position Objective

Ensure efficient and sustainable processes through the implementation of continuous improvement systems that positively impact the company's operational and productivity indicators.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive and sustain a culture of continuous improvement across the organization.
• Optimize operational and administrative processes using Lean and Six Sigma tools.
• Define and implement operational performance indicators (KPIs).
• Lead strategic projects focused on efficiency, cost reduction, and operational improvement.
• Manage continuous improvement, planning, performance metrics, and operations project teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in continuous improvement within multinational companies with geographically dispersed operations.
• Lean Black Belt or Six Sigma certification.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Advanced level of English.
• Experience working in matrix organizations.
