We are building a high-impact Lean Capability team to accelerate enterprise-wide transformation. As a Lean Capability Development Leader, you will architect and lead the deployment of a global system that builds problem-solving capability, embeds scientific thinking, and drives cultural change. This role is central to shaping how our organization learns, improves, and sustains excellence.
You will collaborate across regions and functions to coach leaders, design scalable development pathways, and integrate Lean behaviors into daily operations. This is your opportunity to influence how we build capability, lead change, and create lasting impact through continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
Lean Capability Development and Execution:
Drive the Lean capability strategy — partner with global and cross-functional teams to embed Lean thinking, leadership behaviors, and process discipline into workflows across the enterprise, enabling consistent execution and customer value delivery.
Model Lean behaviors through action — lead by example in practicing standardized work, daily management, value stream thinking, and structured problem solving, setting the standard for how capability should look in practice.
Build organizational capability — design, administer, and continuously evolve training programs that equip leaders and teams with the skills to apply Lean principles, ensuring knowledge transfer through both classroom learning and hands-on application.
Act as a catalyst for learning and improvement — facilitate Kaizen events, problem-solving workshops, and value stream mapping sessions that both solve business problems and build internal capability.
Leadership & Culture Building
Be a visible champion of continuous improvement, collaboration, and accountability.
Lead by example to create a proactive, hands-on culture of Lean execution.
Help embed Lean practices into daily work to sustain results over time.

Strong strategic thinking and project management skills, with an ability to translate vision into actionable initiatives.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
