We are seeking an accomplished and dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Greece. In this role, you will play a critical part in managing the recruitment lifecycle in Greece / Cyprus ensuring the timely and effective hiring of frontline and support staff to meet the business requirements, contributing to our ongoing success and strategic goals. As part of the Talent Acquisition team you will support the business by sourcing, attracting, and selecting the right talent while maintaining strong candidate and stakeholder relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment Execution
Ensure vacancies across Greece & Cyprus are filled on time with candidates who meet operational requirements.
Conduct interviews and assessments in collaboration with operational leaders and HR Business Partners (HRBPs)
Ensure a positive candidate experience all throughout the recruitment process by communicating timely and transparently with the candidates.
Candidate Pipeline & Database Management
Manage and update the candidate database to maintain accurate and up-to-date talent pipelines - make use of Workday to keep this database to track application until hiring history.
Post and manage job requisitions in Workday, ensuring accuracy and consistency
Track candidate progress and update statuses within Workday to maintain visibility and transparency
Ensure all recruitment activities are logged and documented in Workday in line with internal processes
Provide guidance and support to hiring managers on using Workday effectively during the recruitment process
Reporting & Compliance
Provide accurate and timely recruitment reports and dashboards to support decision-making
Ensure recruitment activities comply with Brinks' HR policies, labor legislation, and internal procedures
Collaboration & Strategic Planning
Collaborate with HRBPs and operational leaders to understand manpower needs and plan recruitment actions accordingly
Coordinate advertising of vacancies internally, on career sites, social media and other recruitment channels
Participate in designing and implementing recruitment actions to support the hiring volume
Promote internal mobility in the company - which includes and is not limited to communicating open positions to active employees, conducting talent detections, making proposals for salary scales reviews and advising management where there may be any issues or barriers to actions taken
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in talent acquisition or a generalist HR role with a significant exposure to recruitment.
Experience in high-volume recruitment, preferably in services, security or similar operational environments.
Knowledge of of sourcing methods, candidate assessments, and recruitment best practices.
Experience in using recruitment databases, ATS such as Workday is preferred.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to work in the fast-paced recruitment environment and handling multiple-priorities.
Strong commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion with a high sense of ethics and integrity.
Fluence in Greek and English (Written & Spoken).
