Shape the Digital Experience of Brink's Globally
Take ownership of Brink's global web platform and shape the digital experience across more than 100 markets.
As Global Website Manager, you play a key role in driving performance, user experience and conversion across our global digital ecosystem. You will be responsible for a platform used across more than 100 markets, operating at the intersection of marketing, technology and customer experience. This is a high-impact individual contributor role, combining strategic direction with hands-on execution.
Working closely with marketing teams, IT and external partners, you will drive continuous improvement in performance, user experience and conversion across markets.
What You'll Be Doing
You will take end-to-end responsibility for Brink's global corporate website, ensuring it supports business objectives and delivers measurable impact.
Key responsibilities include:
Owning and executing the global website strategy aligned with brand, commercial and customer experience objectives
Translating business priorities into a clear roadmap and concrete improvements
Driving performance across traffic, engagement, conversion and lead generation
Driving SEO, AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) and continuously improving search performance
Monitoring performance and translating insights into optimisation actions
Ensuring alignment of content, UX and localisation across markets
Collaborating with marketing, IT and external vendors to deliver improvements
Managing external partners and ensuring timely, high-quality delivery
What We're Looking For
You combine strategic thinking with a hands-on mindset and are comfortable operating in a global environment. You are able to translate business needs into practical digital solutions and drive improvements across stakeholders and markets.
In particular, you:
Bring 5 to 7 years of experience in website management and/or digital marketing
Have strong knowledge of SEO, AEO, GEO, UX, web analytics and CMS platforms (preferably Umbraco)
Are experienced in working within a global, multi-language environment
Translate data and insights into clear priorities and actionable improvements
Are comfortable working with multiple stakeholders, including marketing, IT and external vendors
Have experience with tools such as GA4, Google Search Console, Tag Manager, SEMrush, Cookiebot and Figma
Have a basic understanding of HTML and CSS
Communicate clearly and effectively in English and Dutch (Spanish is a plus)
